A NEW MISS BOLD AND BEAUTIFUL QUEEN CROWNED ON THE MILKEN HILLS OF COAL CITY

The “UNAPOLOGETHICK” edition of the Miss Bold and Beautiful Nigeria plus Size Pageant held at the Hotel Sylvia, Independence Layout, Enugu; The Capital city of Enugu state on Friday, 10th September 2021. The event in its third edition crowned 20 Year old, 300level, History and International Relations Undergraduate of University of Benin, Miss OmorowaPrecious Osariemen as her Third Miss Bold and Beautiful Nigeria. 25 Year Old Food Science and Technology Graduate of Federal University of Technology Owerri, Miss Nzimako Yaderaemerged First runner up and was crowned Miss Bold and Beautiful Nigeria Culture 2021; Whilst 25 year old Business Administration Graduate of Kogi State University, Miss Brenda Compton emerged Second Runner Up and was crowned Miss Bold and Beautiful Nigeria Elegance 2021.

The Winner Represented her state of Origin Edo state, the first runner Up Equally Represented her native Imo State while the Second Runner up Originally from Enugu state, Represented Kogi State at the Grand Finale. The special performance awards of Best Evening Dress went to Miss Eze, Kosisochukwu Sandra Miss Enugu; Miss Bayelsa, Miss Anuoluwapo Amusa Aderemigot the award of Miss Amity; Miss Keyshia Garba who represented Kaduna state also got the award of Best Head of Camp for her exemplary leadership in camp. Miss, Sabina Ebadan who represented Cross River State received the award of Most Photogenic Finalist; Best Cultural Outfit was given to Miss Ogbodo Catherine who represented Benue State.

The Grand Finale was hosted by Eni Joshua [MC Baron] and budding Actress Adaobi Bestman. The Red carpet was hosted by the ever glamorous Debbie Nes. The Finalists entered camp on September 3rd for a 7 day Booth Camp hosted at Sunshine Hotel Enugu. They were hosted to a welcome party at Club De Kashin Enugu, Went for their thanksgiving to thank God for a successful trip on Sunday at St Mulumba’s Catholic Church, New Haven Enugu. They also went to the center for memories Enugu for a brief lecture on the masquerades of the Igbo Culture and on the details of the Nigerian Civil war. They also went to the Newly Built Unity Park in Enugu for a brief tour and photo session. 

In a way to give the finalists a professional lesson on self-esteem and their self-confidence, Dr Mrs Nneoma Onyedire, A doctor of Clinical Psychology of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka was invited to hold a counselling session with them in camp. And in their words, it was one of the best things to happen to them in camp. Part of the Event Highlight was the girls’ trip to Nike Lake Resort in Enugu for a boat cruise. It was a beautiful experience for all of them. The finalists also were at Viva Cinemas Enugu to see the New Movie making Cinema Rounds ‘Bad Comments’. 

The event had high ranking members of the Enugu state Government in attendance, Hon Ikeje Asogwa, The Chairman, Enugu state Universal Basic Education board was live, Hon Carl Obi Kama the Honorable Commissioner for Science and Technology was there live, Hon Pedro Okwudili Okonkwo, The Awgu Local Government Area Chairman was live too; all as guests of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cherdah Republic Limited, Chief Sir Dr Emenike Ogedi Magnus [AgubaNdi Eze 1 of Awgu].

The Event had a Dance Outing, Our Glamorous Swimwear Outing, The Cultural Outing and the Dinner Outing. In between these outings were Performances from several Artists who wowed the audience in different ways.
